Written notice of cancellation must reach The Osler Symposia by Friday, August 9, 2019 in order to receive a refund, less a $60 administrative fee. After that date no refunds will be issued, but a credit (less $60) may be applied to a future symposium. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled, The Osler Symposia is responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation, hotel accommodations or any miscellaneous expenses.
Relevant continuing education credits in various categories will be provided. Information will be posted as it becomes available. Please contact us if you have questions.
The Osler Symposia fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have special needs, please notify TOS at least four weeks prior to the conference.
